since baby and i are frequent visitors of KL, we didn't take much photos this time round. we sleep and eat ALOT! but this time, we control! i love the new prata man at dad's restaurant, he makes super nice roti prata. and i got to comment on the new curry flavour (: silly baby couldn taste the difference and just kept eating the curry. haha. we satisfied our A&W craving!!! we ordered like 4 pacs of curly fries!!! whooooohoooooo~ im missing it already!

my dad bought another condo unit at mont kiara, one of the richest area in KL because it's occupied by mainly foreigners. the unit is around 2000sq ft!!! that's like more than 2 of our normal 4 room flats. my dad's restaurant is opening it's 2nd branch at mont kiara in august! (: and there's a manicure place right above it!!! :D when i visit KL again, i can stay in the new condo which my dad bought last year! YAYS!

went for baby's event yesterday because he's the chairman of the event! although the event didn't go that smoothly, but i think, my bb did his best. and the most awesome thing was, i actually completed the forest adventure course?! i never ever imagined myself finishing those courses, especially when im those who give up or just sit there and cheer during pri and sec school days. 1 major reason was, there wasn't a route down, you diedie have to complete it. and the stupid instructor was super bitchy!!! ohwells, i had fun! (:

it's the start of clinicals TODAY! community placement is sosososososo different from acute setting. seriously, i prefer acute setting. i guess, i need some time to adjust in this environment with no hand rub, no clean water cooler and no clean toilet! boohoo!!!

on vday itself, went ntu to look for baby but my condition was so bad that i puked and puked at boonlay! D: so after eating the fried rice i cooked for baby as vday lunch, we cabbed home to rest. i wanted to make sushi for baby lor... ):

i didn eat much because its non-vegetarian, i really do hope one day they'll change to a vegetarian restaurant, or maybe when baby is the one treating then i can finally eat decent meals with his family.

im praying that his grandparents will remember this time round that im a vegetarian and suggests to eat vegetarian next time!!! :D

after that, we left for an event organized by Han Yuan at Blu Jazz.

i love chinese new year because i get to wear my new clothes, like finally!!!

didn take much photos on day one because my cam whore cousins aren in town ):

i drove around SG!!! it was scary because i hardly drive with someone that is license-less. got horned by taxi drivers but who cares! baby came over to my paternal side to bai nian and i shall go his paternal side today! every year, both our relatives will ask where's bb and they will ask where am i. we're not even married lor... at least not in the eyes of law. hee...

and the ma nian's luck this year is especially good women. the guy was saying its a good year to get married. HAHA. baby&i turned and looked at each other, thinking that its so impossible please. but as what we've planned, we're going to look at houses at the end of the year cos the waiting time is around 5 years??

mahjong for 2 consecutive nights = im so damn tired. and there's viva on tuesday?! screw it. i haven really touch my books yet please.

haven been updating because im really busy with work, but... finally, there's only 1 report to hand in and 2 splints to be done by next tuesday!

had a talk to DNR today with chalene because she needed someone to be with her, i choose to believe after telling him how we feel, he would change cos he really sounded sincere. wells, the outcome can only be measured next year when people work with him. i really hope he will sort his personal things out and show some actions to prove that he will change.

brought mummy to nex today and she has agreed to buying POM!!! (: baby & i need to start saving for pom cos it's a lifetime investment and no one is going to sponsor us! i need like a part time job but ot life doesn really allow that! boohoo ):

met my girls last week for lunch, they were super duper late... in any case, we had skinny pizza and it sucks?! i guess, nothing can be compared to peperoni pizzaria!!!

made pineapple tarts with baby & his parents too! im not a big fan of pineapple tarts, i want kueh bangkit! super excited for new year because i wanna wear my new dress!!! :D

baby and i went bugis to shop and it was terrible because of the crowd. bugis changed alot since my secondary school days, so many new shops now, and the price went up??? baby managed to buy 2 new berms, 1 pants and shoes! his new year clothes are all selected by me! :D

after that, we left for chinatown cos baby found a good review vegetarian cafe! the food is not bad but we waited for our food for quite long! ):

shopping at chinatown was traumatic too because everyone just squeeze and wanna kope free samples! i ate some goodies too and its really good. baby bought $20 of yogurt jelly, the person scammed him lor! ROAR~!

baby bought my fav wanton mee for lunch on wednesday! and he waited for me until i finished class to watch little fockers. we bought felt that it wasn as funny as gulivers' travel, but still, it was entertaining. and then, baby left and went back to hall to train for IHG.

the next day, he came over to pei me cos there wasn school! and it was wusuan's 21st at night!

the theme was safari and i followed it by wearing a big zebra print bow hairband! hahaha. that's my first 21st party, and more to come!!! we're oldddddddddddd ):

the eighters, getting smaller as time goes by. everyone is busy...

i miss the times where we stayed over at hotel to watch movies and chill.

and then, baby and i felt for prata supper!! yumyum. even though we're the greediest couple, we hardly eat supper. this is perhaps only our 2nd time?

the dinner place was at Peperoni Pizzeria. VERY NICEEEEEEEEEE. the pizza was the size of a big square table, $50. very wu hua!!! and the beer is...... GOOOOOOOOOOOOD!

i am back from Shanghai! (:

it's my first overseas trip with baby (a trip that required us to take plane)

baby & i took good care of each other;

him, ensuring that i have enough hot water

me, applying lip balm for him time to time

its 2011; my new year resolutions??

1) more infinite love and less quarrels with my babyboy

especially after the Shanghai trip, i know that i can rely on my baby for the rest of my life.

the feeling of him kissing me the first thing in the morning, whispering into my ears in the bed, hugging me when im cold, and the list goes on...

that's what love is.

2) continue to show love and care for my family

my father just called and asked for my hols in march so that he can plan BKK trip! :D

we arrived at Shanghai!

outside our hotel - Eversunshine Hotel. i love the room cos there's 2 levels and there's a kitchen!! the bad thing is, their food sucks?! its super cold!!! perhaps we went in late...

after Ramen lunch, we went to visit their National Museum.

we went to the basement to shop for perhaps an hour? and when we came out, it was DARK! like 830pm in singapore but it's only 530pm in shanghai?? it felt so weird.

wusuan, cheeheng, zhuanglei (keyi's bro), me & baby ♥

at keyi's house. the condo is super big!!! there's like a river and a long bridge inside. many tennis courts, soccer field and even a restaurant.

Jiang Bin Da Dao - i hope i dont get the name wrong. its nice for couples to par tor, but when it's winter time, i'd rather stay at home. haha.

that's the first level of our hotel room, the living hall and kitchen. i forgot to take our bedroom!

Yong He Dou Jiang - its famous there, its like our mr bean but its a fastfood kind of place. we had our breakfast there and its uber cheap!!! the soya bean abit weird, very different of SG's.

the you tiao is longer than ours, very nice!!!

Hai Bao

Huan Qiu something - it's Shanghai's tallest building, 101 levels. we're at the observatory and the view is fantastic!

Cheng Huang Miao - its a temple that was modified to those shopping streets!

Bi Feng Tang - it's like Ding Tai Feng but much cheaper. Shanghai's food is on the sweet side. their dessert is like uber sweet that you have to drink lots of water.

Tian Zi Fang - its those shopping streets too, but the architecture is more shanghai-ish.

Da Shi Jie - i think? shopping place too, but its like SG price. so we're just walking for fun.

while waiting for our driver! yeaps, we have our own driver thanks to jiemei because her family's business is quite big in shanghai. the wind was blasting like mad!!!

so we had to stay in their telephone booth!

Xin Shi Jie - many pubs, the more westernized part of Shanghai.

outside one of the clubs in Shanghai. perhaps it wasn't that late yet, but their clubs aint that fun. people just shake around the table?! there's 1 waiter to every table inside too?!

in SG, things like welcoming the guests or explaining the exhibition will be recorded. but in SH, everything is said by a human!

we took public transport on the last day! their MRT is much cheaper than ours. $0.60 nia... but they have 14 lines which makes everything quite complicated. its easier to ask the counter for help. another thing is, you may think that the interchange to different lines is in the same block but different levels. nope, it isn! you have to exit and cross several streets!!!

back to Xin Shi Jie for dinner!

we spent around $60/pax at Kabb - one of the restaurants there. the atmosphere was quite good as there were quite a number of foreigners there. and the waiter was very friendly to us though he gave us wrong info, wells, long story...

Wai Tan - it's the place we came to celebrate NYE. many foreigners, bars and clubs.

though there isn those massive fireworks like those in London and Germany, there were those mini private fireworks and tian deng which made the night awesome.

and of course, spending another countdown with my baby was the best! LURBS YOU BB ♥

and we're heading home...

we look disastrous because our iphone alarms failed us!!! we were suppose to be in the car at 530, but our alarms didn ring at 445. we only woke up when the receptionist called us?! it was a shock, seriously! we all had iphones which all didn ring. WTH. haha.

it has been rather busy for me, trying to do my slides and reports out before i go on hols! no matter what, i love december!

baby is now having his hols, so he's spending 99% of his time with me, WOOHOO~!

there's lots of movies to be watched in this xmas week. we caught yogi bear first because yogi and booboo are just soooooo cute! plus, my baby resembles a bear!!! he can talk like yogi and booboo. it drives me mad when bb talks to me in yogi way when we're in bed or at random moments, but he's just so cute! (:

mad jack serves vegetarian food!! like steak and all?! :D

and... it was xmas cum our 18th month! ♥♥♥

baby got us a wedding band ♥

it's a promise he made, to love and care for me for the rest of my life. i will need to wear the ring for 6 years until he can marry me and get me a bigger diamond ring! LOL. baby calculated how much it cost to marry me, and it came out to a price that he keeps asking for discount! hahaha.

i got baby many things!

no. 1: a leather bag imported from korea! his bag is seriously super old already and i know he likes leather stuff! baby loved the bag!! its so spacious and stylo milo lor... even his aunt said its nice! (:

no. 2: a handsewn xmas sock (i forgot to take photo la!!!). i made the sock for him cos i thought its cute since he always sew for him? hee... (:

no.3: i placed a planner in the sock because it's something baby wished for. and i seriously think he needs a planner. he always forget about things and im clearer about his events even though im not part of it lor... i wrote down quite a number of things in the planner too. its uber sweeeeeet! (:

no. 4: a love permit! its something that i always do monthly? like a small note or card for him to paste on his wall! (:

bb's bed is super comfy that i feel like sleeping everytime im on it! ♥

i helped baby to style his hair!!! hahahaha.

calzone is super nice. i love how they wrap everything inside and the crust is... DAMN NICE!!!

the carbonara is super well done too! can match our fav trapizza lor...

arrabbiata! you can really taste the difference between good pasta and bad pasta! great tangy sauce with appropriate spiciness! NAISSSEEE.

and my baby's fav panna cotta! its nice too?! i am so gonna learn how to make it cos bb loves it!

i made mac 'n' cheese for baby for xmas lunch!

and potato pancakes! i love foodwishes.com because their recipes are simple and i succeeded!

some may realize that i quarrelled with my boy last week, but its all okay now. why? cos he's such a mugger when it's exam period. right now... he's still studying beside me. moments ago, he blew up because he didn know how to do the question. and yesterday, he was telling me that he lost 5m on his maths paper and that may cost him a B... ive learnt how to accept this because he has been like this since year 1...

in any case, we're spending quite alot of time together as compared to his year 1 times where i was totally forgotten...

been rather busy these couple of weeks...

highlight of the week:

i cut away my longlong hair!!

have been growing long hair ever since young because my mum thinks that short hair doesn suit me. well, impulsive me just had a haircut over the weekend and the result aint that bad! (:

baby loves my hair because he thinks i look like a doll now... hee... and he doesn need to worry that his hands kiap my hair when he puts his hand through my shoulder when we're sleeping together. haha.

other highlights include:

17th monthsary @ Italiannies!

the restaurant is located at TripleOne Somerset, not 313! i never of TripleOne's existence until then, haha. anyways, the ambience was great, alcohol is zai, and the food is awesome!!! :D

bb so cuteeeeee...

i love the bread!!! it has rosemary inside?! super nice please... the waitress told us the name but i cant remember it...

the minestrone soup was gaogao, i love the tomato taste! together with the buttery garlic bread? NAISSSE!

mojito is well mixed by the bartender!!!

i had cheese gnocchi! never knew what it tasted like so i ordered it. super nice! gnocchi is a kind of potato dumpling which isn like totally potato taste. its hard to describe the feeling but its super delicious. the cheesy sauce isn that gelad and is one of the best white sauce ive tasted! (:

baby had this beefy ham pizza. i like the shape of it! haha. and everything is just wrapped inside! i like the edges the most cos its the most bready part. haha. and the sauce matches well with it too.

lastly for our dessert, we had a mousse cum fondant cake with a crispy base. the crispy base adds lots of point to the dessert! im not a fan of mousse but this cake aint that bad.

fireworks at vivo:

it was vivo's 4th anni, so we went vivo's starbucks to mug and went for the fireworks thereafter. it was super nice cos we were at the spot where we could see the floating platform of the fireworks clearly! my camera doesn have the best resolutions, but i think the photos look quite nice!

stayover with my gfs:

its been a long time since ive met up with my girls. we're taking turns to have attachment please. think that our HTHT has upgraded to "adult" version! HAHAHHAHAHA. i love the night even though it was rather short and we fell asleep at around 2/3am.

i made potato gratin for the girls.

shern came late so she missed our camwhore time. we didn know she was coming because she last minute pangseh us. at around 12am, in the midst of our conversation, someone knocked on my window super loudly followed by some knocks on the door. we were super freaked out that i had to ask my bb who was in the room mugging to check it out for us...... and it turned out to be shern!!! hahaha.

its the last week of clinicals! its amazing how time has flew past. it has been an enriching 6 weeks in sgh and i enjoy my times there. im so going to miss my patients! i was just telling one of my cutest patient whom i always call popo that my last day is on thursday, she gave me a super sad face D:

ohwells, tomorrow's the day! the day of final eval!!! i hope i dont do too badly... *prays hard*

it was halloween last weekend! baby and i went sentosa for their spooktacular event!

we went shopping at far east first and i bought one pair of shoes. damn! baby was encouraging me to buy cos he thinks its cute, cheap and looks good on me. its soooooo rare that baby wants me to buy shoes cos he thinks i have plenty, so i bought it! wahahahhaa.

we had dinner at Trapizza, one of our fav. memories of our 1st year celebration. its our first time there on a weekend, and its filled with foreigners. i prefer the weekday evening atmosphere.

2 more weeks to go for clinicals!!! everyone is rather drained out from it but at least, we're more than halfway through! YAYS :D im glad baby has been with me these past weeks to shower me with love and strength to move on.

it was baby's recess week and you're such a darling to keep me company every single day. love those 4 stayovers!! its the bestbestbest thing ever to see your baby boy first thing in the morning before you head for work! thanks for sending me home every single day without fail and bringing me mr bean to fill my tummy. thanks for massaging my neck, my trigger point aint killing me that badly now (:

we cooked for each other this weekend. i made this lasagne pizza thingy which tasted fabulous. hahaha. i will make more layers the next time round!

baby cooked carbonara. he's trying to achieve the same standards at trapizza which is quite impossible! silly baby... you did a fantastic job for your first try! im sure one day you can cook as well as me!

i cooked lunch as usual. crab meat egg tofu and sambal fish! baby cooked the vege! i like how we cook together cos i like to see how stress baby is when he tastes my awesome cooking. LOL.

caught 'life as we know it'. its been a looonnngggg time since we watch movie because there's just no good movies now. the movie is good and it doesn feel like a 2h movie. i love josh duhamel alot! he's so hot, his body is like... whooo~!

we made potato gratin again, and this time baby was in-charged of making it.

i cooked fried kway teow mee! not bad. baby says my failure rate has been declining, hahaha. wells, as long as its not western food, think i can cook quite well. wahahahaha.

after nua-ing more than half of our day away, we went to Esparina showroom. Esparina is the EC located near my place which has caught our eyes quite some time back. sadly, the timing doesn match with our plans so we had to give it a miss D: the place is really nice and all, love the studio concept! i hope for a market crash in 2 years time so that we can get a cheaper EC!

went to holland v for dinner! we ate at Everything with Fries! :D

our food is here! like the name suggests, every meal you order comes with fries of different flavours. you can even choose to have macs kind of fries or mos kind.

the food was quite okay actually, not as bad as the reviews on hungrygowhere. those people are just too niao can! the price is so worth it for the portion they give.

the desserts are awesome! we had hot banana butterscotch something something... love the warm and sweet taste! recommended!

the nutella tart is a MUST TRY! really really damn damn good. i would try baking it if i can afford the time. i miss it already laaaaaaa...

week 1 of clinicals is over, but there's still 5 more weeks to go!!! it has been a tiring week, trying to get used to running around, back to back cases. but, ive learnt quite abit in only 1 week, being exposed to many many things. ohwells, i love what im doing so i will continue to work hard! (:

baby had his first saturday stayover at my place! :D

he always go back home at like 3+am every week but he actually stayed and slept with me till sunday. we spent our sunday together just snuggling away. its like the best time spent ever with him around. whenever we sleep together, we feel so comfortable that we dont feel like waking up. i ♥ how baby turns along with me when i change my position in bed! other than snuggling, we bought fertilisers for our plants too! its so hubby&wifey life to go those gardens together! ♥

baby celebrated my birthday in advance since i'll be stuck at work on the actual day and wouldn have much time spent together. i was the princess of the day because baby did every little thing for me! (:

baby gave me a full body massage on friday because i was aching everywhere! shiok~!

my boy also went grocery shopping on his own to prepare the ingredients he needed to cook for my bday lunch, so sweet lor... he bought a whole big pack of potatoes so i decided to experiment with my ramekins again and made potato gratin. it was a great success and baby was super stressed cos he was afraid that my potato gratin will steal the limelight of his cooking. silly boyyyyy~!

my baby's lunch for me tasted great! just that i hate to chew alot, so i kept whining... heehee. but he really can cook, so he's gonna cook for me for my bday from now onwards so that he can improve. hahahaha.

alot of ingredients hor? it was an amazing lunch luh~! the potato wedges were the star because baby bought mixed herbs and parmesan just to prepare it. rosemary = xiangxiang~!

we left home to collect cake at Patisserie Glace. i have never tried the cakes there, baby did his research and decided to buy my bday cake there. he wanted to get me strawberry short cake from Rive Gauche, but i was telling him how delicious the cake was when i ate it at Angela's 21st. he was super upset cos he decided on the cake for long time ago and he didn want to get the same cake cos he feels that i would assume that he got the cake because i like it. haha.

we went Skypark thereafter, walked along helix bridge because MBS parking rate is crazy~!

Absolut - like the name suggest, the penne was cooked with vodka but it doesn really have the alcohol taste inside. love the tangy taste of it! (:

its the last day of hols... BOOHOO ):

the last week of hols was quite well spent i guess.

exercised with ber on monday, she gymmed and i swam in the drizzle. we bought random things at tamp. petite provence ftw! :D i bought my vday gift for baby too, haha. i know its abit too early but it'll be too rush for me to make the thing nicenice for xmas.

tue was picnic day with the class :D we had lots of food and i love the hot potato salad!! kite flying was successful at barrage cos the wind is super goooooood!

i crashed EID lecture with baby on wed and it was a disaster. the lecture was super noisy that i cant even focus on my readings so we left very quickly. LOL. claypot noodles for lunch at hall 9! yumyum (: baby and i wanted to swim at jurong safra again but it rained, sadded. so we stayed in hall to play poker! he's so into poker now that i have to play too, hahaha. but i like to play also la cos i get to cheat him!!

cooked oriental chicken sausage fusilli for baby on thursday! its my last thursday lunch for him...

met sijia coincidentally at circle line, we waited super long for the train and an announcement came in saying that circle line is down! many were super pissed. at nel, there were these 2 drunkards who made me laugh like an idiot from the moment they board the train. i posted the picture on fb, they were hugging each other, lying on the chairs with their shoes off. its hilarious!

saturday lunch - kor lei cai, sambal fish & eggtofu in minced meat gravy! YUMYUM! :D

we had a super late lunch because we stayed in bed till 2pm?! i have no idea why we love to roll so much. its just that nice feeling to be in his arms for 24/7, even though your stomach may be growling like mad. when i woke up this morning, i felt so weird because there isn him by my side giving me a morning kiss. baby also said that his bed is so empty and there's nothing for him to hug (his bolster not the same size as me! haha.)

we went Gokul - an indian vegetarian restaurant for dinner. we were quite full from our late lunch and it was a mistake to go there when we cant eat much. we couldn finish our food luh ):

im only left with ONE week of holiday... zzz...

posted to SGH Ortho/Burns for the next 6 weeks! im feeling... worried but excited!!

went back to MJ for prelims invigilation and waking up at 6++ in the morning makes me sleepy.

met joanna and mr wong for lunch on monday. mr wong drove us in his mini cooper. small car is cute. hahaha. first time i sat in the car to town on a weekday!! usually, me and baby are very niao about carpark charges. LOL. went back to his loft and we had a chat (:

on wednesday, went jurong safra for a swim with baby. its so peaceful there but the smell coming from the cadbury factory nearby makes me sick. i love the chocolate but the roasting smell is ... gonna swim there again on wednesday before attachment starts ): after that, baby & his friend went ntuc to buy 50 boxes of mini cornetto for block supper which is why i travelled to the west, haha. we bought erdingers too, it was selling at around $27 for 2 white and 2 dark + the glasses and coasters. everyone was eyeing it when we put it on the canteen table, haha.

anyways, baby was being such a sweetheart by holding my hands even though he was pushing a trolley carrying 3 cartons of icecream. his friend also commented that 推trolley还要牵手?! and he exclaimed, YA~! make me shy... hahahaha.

went mindcafe with ot clique on friday. it was raining, boohoo ): we wanted to have picnic but it was cancelled. nvms, heading to barrage on tue with the class for picnic. mini pancakes ftw! :D

it was baking weekend with baby! we made molten chocolate babycakes aka chocolate lava cakes on friday night so that it could be our dessert the next day. we baked egg tarts on saturday because baby loves egg tarts. our first batch failed cos we used a beater which after watching a video, we changed to using hands. baby made the dough while i measured the ingredients for it and the custard. it was a ultimate sweeeeeeeeet process cos we divided the jobs and were very productive.

the custard swells up when we put them into the oven. its super cute. but it shouldn swell up cos when we took them out, it'll deflate.

its my first attempt in chinese pastry, so happppppyyy!!

lovely babycakes, super sinful and we ate them with ben and jerry! we played poker while eating these and our bets were on the number of mouths we had to eat them. i kept feeding baby bigger mouths so that he'll have to eat more than me. hahaha. over the 2 events this weekend - my cousin's solemnization and bb's family lunch, people have commented that my baby has increased in size! hahahhahahahahaha. i love to hear that from people because it simply means that i have been feeding him super well with all my cookings and bakings :D

baby and i attended the ceremony as though we're gonna get married soon cos we kept telling each other how we want ours to be like. but... we highly doubt we're gonna have a separate solemnization to save cost! then again, its so sweet to have one (:

baby & i had a fun weekend doing random things, so we decided to name this, THE SPONTANEOUS WEEKEND! i love long weekends! (:

on Friday, baby & i had Macs breakfast early in the morning cos i wanted to eat hotcakes and hashbrown. after much rolling, baby finally got me off the bed. hee... we went to the market thereafter (its our first market trip!!) to get the ingredients necessary for the lunch i was gonna prepare.

presenting... ABC SOUP: very easy to prepare, just throw everything in and let it boil for the taste to come out. B says the soup is very sweeeeeet (: Ou Hiang: bought ready made kind, bb loves it! and, TAU KUA + minced meat with gravy: dont know how to describe... B says its like, those kuey chap kind of thing.

after lunch, we nua at home for quite some time. went back B's place for him to groom and we left for Far East Square to eat Yakun! BUT, it was close... ): wanna go back sooooooon...

we took some videos and here's one that made me laugh like mad!

we drove randomly, and decided to go Bukit Timah in the end! :D

Saturday began with a breakfast made by baby!! :D

baby&i were rolling on the bed for sooooo long, and i even told him to move less cos any movement he has on the bed will affect me. he left the bed after that... AWWWWW. i was too sleepy to hold him back but i woke up 15min later because there's no pillow, not even kingkoll, that can replace his arm!!

nicenice french toast + cold butter + sugar + GAOGAO milo = SUPER DUPER AWESOME BREAKFAST! i love it bb! please make me more good food!

we left for Mindcafe@Boat Quay to meet the ex RE Temps! thats where me and baby met each other... (:

had lots of fun playing the games and analyzing that super low self-esteem guy!

dinner was at Ramen Santouka! baby drank so much of the soup and became red. haha. silly boy. the others thought the ramen is goooooood too~! it was worth queuing afterall (:

since it was Mid Autumn, we decided to take a walk along the nicenice lightings that were put up.

the Scholars' Cake which everyone was saying it looks like tutu kueh! the person selling was like, nooo, its scholars cake... haha. took a photo of it because its me and baby's cake cos we're both scholars! we didn eat it cos it required some cash voucher thingy and we were too full to eat other stuff. there was lots of Taiwan food, wanna go taiwan with baby soon!!! :D

the cheapcheap Chardonnay! we drank half at the pavilion, and finished the rest at the rooftop. shiok! anyone who saw us carrying the bottle and glass filled with drinks into the car will think that we're crazy!

i like both our colours!! the traditional lanterns are so much more interesting than those battery operated kind. baby says next time our kids confirm must play with the traditional kind even though fire is involved. haha. baby likes to think farrrrrr and i like it!

the girls and longyao went to zhiqiang's place yesterday to seeseelooklook his new house. its damn damn nice. look at the photo below!

the view is just so spectacular please. can see IR, and can see fireworks!! ZQ stays at the highest floor and we were screaming up the lift cos its those bubble lift. haha. its not a penthouse, but a loft. super nice, very suitable for 2 ppl world. ZQ's wife is expecting with TWINS now!! :D so exciting, cant wait for the twins' 1st month!! the loft is super ex, but is like a dreamhouse! got WALK IN WARDROBE!! bb, i still remember your promise of giving me a walk-in wardrobe when you're 32 hor!

this is the tea room which is on level 1, can watch tv from the room cos its just a glass separating from the hall. really cosy... we spent our night in the room talking about everything. it was awesome! (:

its the weekend! and im only left with one paper tomorrow morning and its holiday! cant wait cant wait, though there's be like 6 weeks of attachment after that? i wonder where i'll be placed!

the weekend routine is as usual. i cooked minced meat mee pok for baby as requested, with an additional heart-shaped sunny side-up and otah + egg tofu, many many ingredients just for the hungry baby~!

made choco banana dessert prata for us too. doesn look that appealing cos it was so hard to scoop B&J out and it kept melting on the hot bananas. but it was still very delicious!! (: the first time i made that for him, we wont even together yet. and only after we got together, he told me the base was abit thick but i insisted that its because he didn eat it hot!! haha.

our 2nd attempt with flying kite... still failed laaaa :/ but at least the reel didn get tangled. gonna try more times at my house there. i love the field over there.

went home to rest for some time while baby practise his piano. he's trying to learn how to zi tan zi chang and i thought him the basics but he's totally using his memory to play. he says that the black and white keys are just like all jumbled up and has no meaning. lol. his fingers are soooo retardedly cute when he plays... (:

left for dinner at my chicken rice place! i have been craving for it for super long!! i love the rice... yummy~! and now that it has moved to somewhere nearer to bb.. AHHEM~! hinthint B: you got an additional thing to da bao for me le ^^

went to catch 'Going the Distance' at the Grand Cathay at night and before that, we went shopping for a lil while. i was damn depressed cos i saw 3 shoes that i like, but i didn get it!!! ): i need girlfriends to be there with me, really.

anyways, the movie was awesome!! :D

never knew it was M18 until we booked the tics, and i was like, HUH? how can a lovestory be M18... and after watching it, i totally understand why. lots of dirty jokes which made the movie so not cheesy. the subtitles for the phone sex part is so funny cos its direct translation and your eyes will just scan through it somehow. haha.

lalala, i love my baby~! he's gonna perform for the freshies welcome thingy in hall, sacrifice our time together. HAHA. ok, i pushed him to go for it actually. it sucks when i know how much he loves to sing on stage. ohwells, if time allows, maybe he'll come at night to stay :D then there can be macs breakfast in the morning!!! baby has been in FOC for the past week and the time for us to spend together has significantly reduced before his school starts. but frets not, my baby boy came out to meet me on Tuesday and Thursday (WHOOHOO~) to eliminate those misssssses!

Tuesday was our 14th month! :D

ate at pasta mania cos we both crave for banana choc pizza!! its damn nice. and the thing about pudgy couple, we will satisfy our cravings no matter what, that explains our size! haha. but baby lost weight over the camp! ): dont like you bb! may my cookies make you go back to 7_kg!

Thursday i studied at Vivo Starbucks for the whole afternoon till evening waiting for baby. he brought me to Trapizza!! thats where we had our pre-1st year celebration. it was a super random but lovely idea gave by bb to go there. we dont like weekend crowds and when school starts, we may need to wait till the last week of dec which its kinda looonnnggg. we have been craving for the food since then and they didn fail our expectation again! the carbonara is a MUST TRY! i never ate such good white sauce before, seriously. pictures are with baby because he took with his iphone :/

on Saturday, baby came over at 8+ in the morning when i was still rolling in bed to snuggle with me! :D poor baby is still coughing, having running nose cos he hasn been sleeping enough. and he only left my place at 2am. anyways, i cooked BB pattaya fried rice (its his order!) which had gao gao ingredients. haha.

baby also tried the nutella cookies i made for him and he said, "it tastes damn good, looks damn good. you raised the standards la B~!"

i baked like one whole container of cookies so that he has something to munch on in hall. i'd rather him eating the stuff i bake than to eat other snacks! (:

we went kite flying at west coast park in the late afternoon which didn turn out very well cos the reel was giving us problems. and baby was supppppppper pissed. to add on, the champagne shop closed before we could get our bottle, and he forgotten about petite provence. silly boy was upset that he couldn fulfill his promise of kite flying, couldn end the hols with a toast, couldn get me bread. to sum it all, he feels that everytime he tries to do something well, he gets very little in return. i had to do so much comforting which made both of us cried. yes, my baby boy actually teared when i cried. it wasn for anything bad, but we just didn want the hols to end. he was afraid that he would neglect me when he gets busy for school and he doesn want me to get upset. there's many many reasons why he was upset and the more i comfort him, he got more touched and feels even worse. haha. ohwells, my baby is such a darling! i never knew he would feel so yi yi bu she and your heart will just melt looking into his eyes. faints.

im suffering from chilli burns because i was planting the seeds, and seriously, chilli burns can kill. i couldn write (when im like mugging), i cant put my hand in hot water (when i like to bathe in hot water) and the worst thing is, it hurts like mad even when i dont do anything! and now, my hand is very dry now because i poured all sorts of things over my hand, eg. HL milk, heavy milk, ice water, hot water, soap, toothpaste, qing cao you, vaseline, zam buk, olive oil and vinegar!

so i told baby, "my hands so dry for u to hold ): " and baby's reply was...

i'll hold your hands forever!

and i replied, "wait till my hands smooth again, then i'll slip off from you! (: "

and silly baby said, "BB chan can never slip away!"

he is stuck in initiation now, and he cant text me! boohoo~

but he's coming out of FOC to have dinner with me tomorrow night!! (:

baby and i went for KFC breakfast yesterday cos we got the coupon since weeeeeeks ago, but yah, since its breakfast, its usually kinda hard for me to wake up early. hurhur... but still, i made the effort to make it possible!

the waffles are good, just that the butter was too hard and it refuse to melt. so i had to eat it in chunks which is shiok but sinful!!

after that, baby drove down to far east flora. we bought 4 pacs of seeds which are all at bb's place (means i need to wait for him to plant then i can plant, roar!). the flowers are gorgeous, but we wanted to plant from the start so that its more meaningful (:

i love the fake flowers! hahaha. the arrangement was very well done, very suitable to place on wedding tables.

went for Jon's birthday celebration at Teoheng in the afternoon. it was too noisy to catchup with my girlfriends! i want HTHT dinner soon!

Laguna Redang 16-19 Aug 2010 :D

we left for redang at night to take a 9h bus ride from Golden Mile to Merangg Jetty.

our bus was damn shiok cos the seats had massage and was really spacious. the only thing we didn like was that there was this divider that prevented us from snuggling together. HAHA.

baby was on the phone to update his parents how big the coach was, sooooooooo sua ku. hahaha.

the journey started off with a mini fireworks at MBS when our bus passed by it. so coincidence! the previous time when we went KL, we managed to catch mini fireworks too!

we just woke up from our sleep, reaching Merang Jetty.

i was hungry waiting for our ferry! haha.

dinner was suppose to be western meal but they served me chinese food so i asked for a change. quite wasteful but we only like 2 of the dishes so we koped those 2 and topped them up with...

after dinner, we had a lil bit of drinks. we're alcoholics, cant help it. hahaha. the tequila sunrise wasn that fantastic, i miss phuture's! the live band wasn that bad but they didn allow people to go on stage to sing with them ( i sabo-ed baby to go up and sing for me, haha.)

we bought fish food which is expired bread! I WANT BREADDDDD~!

full of ATs and CBs - they are very kiasu so they chiong up while me and baby chilled under the tree. for the whole trip, we really couldn stand them. they talked so loudly as though they own the place, they take so much food as though they have been starving, they spit into the swimming pool, they bring slippers into the pool, step on corals and i cant remember what other disgusting things they do.

i was very excited, hurhur...

we're going snorkelling! i didn bring my camera the first time round cos we felt it was dangerous to bring it along, but in the end, everyone brought it :/

we took off our life vests so that we could dive down, but it was really tiring cos we had to constantly trap water. i love how close we were to the fish and there were many different kinds of fish, one of them actually bit me during our last snorkel (baby says i look like bread!). thank god i only got bitten at the last snorkel, if not i'll have a phobia!

at the bridge that links to another resort - Laguna Reef. we wanted to check out how cui the place was and it turned out really bad. hahaha.

we went for full body massage after all the snorkeling trips. we were praying that the masseurs wouldn be too rough on us cos we were suffering from really bad sunburn but... things often happen the opposite way. our masseurs were pressing on all our trigger points and they rubbed again our sunburn with towels :/ it was a torturing one hour for us!!!

dinner thereafter. western meal for me, only ate the spag cos the others were not to my liking especially MUSHROOM SOUP! baby loved the soup and was threatening to give me mushroom kiss, yucks!

in a nutshell, redang was GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! baby&i had our fun times in the water, sat on the pool benches star-gazing, HTHT, and realised that it would be a looooooong time before we can travel again. it sucks when we have so lil lil hols together!!! but ohwells, every memory that we built together will stick with us forever.

here's my post on my JB & KL trip during the last weekend. it was a very very fun journey. we ate like the food was FOC, actually, it is la cos my dad paid everything. LOL. but ya, my conservative dad and baby got to know each other much much better! yays~! (:

baby&i really enjoyed ourselves, we got fatter (damn saddddd). and i love baby for holding my hands throughout the journey, even when we're sleeping in the car. baby holds my shopping bags and does biceps, pect major training whenever possible. hahaha.

tian yuan cafe - the same place that i went with shern and joanna last time. awesome food. waited for like 20min+ for our food cos it was full house that day. but still, good food is worth waiting (:

we had durian for supper!!! the durian was damn damn good. the seed is sooo small but there's lotsa durian meat (is that the proper term?) but the durian caused me and baby to have break out :/

wells, couple of things happened over the weekend.

1. I PASSED MY DRIVING!!! :D

wahahahaha, with 8 demerit points by the way. so i have been driving these few days, with mummy or baby beside me. yes, im not allowed to drive alone yet cos I CANT PARK!!! hahaha. i drove auto yesterday and it was like shiok! no need care about stalling at all. but sadly, both my parents' cars are manual ):

2. BABY IS OUT FROM RESERVICE!!! :D

baby has been stuck in sungei gedong for like the past week which made us miss each other like mad! haha. and he was released at 7 on friday(his bday), which was sooo late. the worst thing was, his texts didn get to me at all but it seems as though my texts to him are replies of his texts?! wth right, ya. i was complaining while waiting and was soooo determined to leave at 7, but just nice he hengheng call me! hahahaha. wells, i suppose there's still some telepathy in us? (:

3. BABY TURNS 22!!! :D (you're sooooo old)

my baby looks so silly now with his short hair cos army say his hair too long :/

but i like how retarded he looks... hahahaha..

i baked a chocolate almond cake for him which turned out really really good. mummy, gor, my classmates all love it. and most importantly, baby lovesss it :D i like making him pudgy, its like the goal of my life and i am making him pudgy everyday. i make him eat my leftovers, he shares with me my sudden cravings, and every time when i say im very hungry and orders this and that, i end up getting full very quickly, so he has to finish the food. wahahhahaa. also, i bake the most sinful things ever which he lurbs vvvvvm! (: pudgy couple ftw!

wanted to bring him to il lido, but it was rather late and we were quite hungry so we ended up at this vege restaurant. i love that place cos ive been going there since young and always order the same dishes. baby loves the claypot toufu the best! he literally finish the whole pot of gravy!! my greedy boy. we ate like 4 bowls of rice?! its crazy. but i love how piggy we get everytime there's good food.

i love how we put our face together and rub against each other's fatty deposits. i love how you hug me from the back when i cook or just back face you. i love how you place my head on your arch and hug me to sleep. i love you calling me baby, wifey, hunnyb, laopo, muffin, niangzi. more birthdays to celebrate together my baby, hubby, haabee, laogong, cupcake, xianggong!

we booked our trip to REDANG~! it isn exactly confirm confirm yet cos the hotel needs to make confirmation with us first. wells, if redang fails, we'll go TIOMAN, which looks awesome too.

a surprise dessert for baby. i actually wanted panna cotta cos bb has been craving for it for a long long time. when i made my reservations at Ricciotti, i did told the person about my panna cotta order but it the end they screwed it up for me. so i was really really pissed. the manager said that i didn come on friday, so i was like i made my reservations on saturday, why the hell would i come on friday for?! and before going to Ricciotti, i double checked my order with them and they hang up on me because of a second line?! wth! i was suppppperrrrr angry. hahaha. wells, in the end they didn attitude me at the restaurant so i forgave them, hurhur.

baby tried it home as soon as he got home last night, and he can wear it! haha. i always get him stuff which is too small for him to force him to slim down. LOL.

we bought $1 icecream! nice~!

my poor boy is down with flu, and i have been taking care of him since yesterday. cooked 3 meals in 2 days (& 1 more tomorrow cos he just cant skip one saturday of no hunnyb's lunch) for him, watched him eat medicine, lay him down in bed, watched him sleep, and manymany more.

baby says that he wants to be sick forever so that i can show such care and concern to him forever. he says its a different kind of care and concern that i show when he's sick. i guess when he's well, i want to be his lilgirl, but when he's sick, im the boss! wahahahaha.

♥ my 1st year with haabee ♥

baby brought me to fish spa and body massage at marymount. although ive been to fish spa for a couple of times with SAC, i always go through that screaming stage when i try to put my feet in. baby immediately dipped his feet in, and all the fishy came. he's full of dead skin! haha.

soon, i put my feet in cos baby say im gonna spend 20min screaming. stupid boy. after a few min then i got sensitized to the feeling and it was so shiok after that.

but the fishy love baby more than me. i kept disturbing baby so that fishy will go away but they're super stuck to him. hahaha.

at night, baby brought me to SPRUCE! its my first time there and i love the ambience. alfresco dining with nice lightings. baby says that the brunch is good here, but its super crowded. there was quite a number of people there at night even though its a thursday, so better book your table!

baby had something something chicken, the names are complicated. haha.

i had mac&cheese and fries. im missing the curly fries!!

dinner was great. price wise, wells, its an atas place.. so.. yeah...

we left for mount faber, cos baby wanted to bring me to a nice place to give me the presents. so here's what i received!

a card - whenever baby writes a card to me, his border is always the same and i laughed at him about that. so this time he wrote, "because you say i always draw the same border, this time i shall not draw any border". LOL.

and this is the answer to whats pink, small and heavy which i posted the questions like 1+month ago? haha. its ramekins!!! i always wanted those cos it isn healthy to bake in those aluminium thingy. and my greedyone likes to eat the food i cook so he got me 2 hearty ramekins and 2 round ones for souffle (:

and the star of the day! 99 handmade roses!!! NICE RIGHT. i was really shocked shocked when i saw it. like seriously. very very very touched by what baby did ♥

organic skincare products - baby has very sensitive skin and he doesn use proper skin cleansing stuff and protection. so i got him that. he has been using it since friday, and his skin is less reddish! yays (:
